For commissions outside of Vgen reach out through twitter pm !

References must be clear and specific.
If a video reference is provided, it will be assumed that the full behavior shown in the video is intended, unless the client explicitly specifies which parts should be replicated.
I will do my best to match the reference, but exact replication is not always possible due to differences in model structure, rigging, or software limitations.
Changes requested after work has started that differ from the original reference may be considered extra work.
If the client requests changes that significantly differ from the original proposal after work has started, the commission may need to be re-quoted.
EDITING EXISTING MODELS
When working on a model that already has rigging, physics, parameters, or custom settings, I will try to respect the existing setup as much as possible.
I am not responsible for issues caused by previous rigging, existing parameters, custom toggles, or external configuration.
Major changes to existing parameters, physics, or structure may require extra work and additional fees.
LIVE2D / VTUBESTUDIO LIMITATIONS
Some movements or behaviors may not be possible depending on the model structure, existing parameters, or physics setup.
Technical limitations are not considered mistakes.
If a requested feature requires restructuring the rig, changing existing parameters, or modifying the model setup, it may be treated as extra work.
EXTERNAL CONFIGURATION
I am not responsible for behavior caused by external configuration files such as .vtube.json, physics settings, wind settings, tracking settings, or user-side software configuration.
The model will be tested in a standard setup unless otherwise agreed.
RIGGING ERRORS AND FIXES
Rigging is a complex technical process, and small issues may appear during development, especially in projects with multiple expressions, physics, or parameters.
Live2D rigging involves many interconnected parameters, so adjusting one part of the model may affect other parts during the process.
Fixing these issues is part of the rigging process and does not have any extra cost.
Only actual rigging errors will be corrected for free. Requests that change the original behavior, animation, physics, or design are not considered errors.
REVISIONS
The price includes 3 revisions per step (3 in the sketch phase, 3 in the color phase, and 3 in the rigging phase). Extra changes to the sketch or color phases will incur a +$20 charge per change.
Revisions for Rig-Only Commissions begin once the rigging is complete; there are no updates throughout the rigging process as it is technical and less visual—it doesn’t make much sense until the movement is fully set up.
Once the model is rigged, please let me know of any bugs, glitches, or errors.Corrections for rigging errors, such as animation glitches or issues with art layers, are unlimited.
The price will increase with complexity. The base and proposal prices assume basic rigging, which includes Face X, Y, and Z movement, eye blinking, and basic physics for ears, whiskers, tail, clothes, etc.
Revisions are for fixing mistakes, not for changing the original request.
Adjustments that differ from the initial reference, style, or instructions may be considered extra work and may require an additional fee.If the client wants animations that aren't included as physics, even if the price includes physics-based movement, it will count as an additional animation .
Changes due to miscommunication that require extra animation not included in the initial proposal will incur an additional cost.
For example, if a basic rig is made to work with the model’s physics but the client later requests it to be a looped animation instead, those changes will be charged.
Similarly, if the client wants movement initially included as physics to be made into an idle or toggle animation, or if they wish to modify the way something moves (not due to a rigging error), this will also incur additional charges. The rig and animation extra changes will be charged even if the initial proposed was already paid.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
There is typically a queue of around 4-8 commissions, and the guaranteed delivery date takes this into account.
I will begin each commission and send updates as it moves up in the queue, so updates won’t be sent immediately. Delivery may occur before the guaranteed date, depending on the current queue.
For Vtuber regular models It'll take between 2-3 months depending on complexity and revisions.
For chibi models It'll take between 2-3 weeks depending on complexity and revisions.
For YCH models It'll take between 1-2 weeks depending on complexity and revisions.
For Pet Commissions, the guaranteed delivery date is within 4-8 weeks.
For Art Commissions, the guaranteed delivery date is within 4-8 weeks.
Once delivered the Drive folder will be up for 2 months, after that time it'll be deleted.
Model Commissions, the guaranteed delivery date is within 1-3 months, depending on the project.I may request an extension on the guaranteed delivery date if the client is unresponsive or if I am awaiting feedback after delivering files.
All files will be shared through a Google Drive folder.Once delivered, the Google Drive folder will remain available for 2 months; after this time, it will be deleted or archived. It is the client’s responsibility to keep the files safe. While I’ll keep a copy on my hard drive for later access, please note that accidental loss can happen.USE

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You may not claim credit for creating the asset.
You will be the sole owner authorized to use and stream with it.
You are permitted to make changes to the product (e.g., using VtubeStudio’s options to adjust colors or add accessories). However, please refrain from commissioning someone else for modifications.
You may request changes from me after delivery; additional charges will apply. If you commission art that isn’t ready for rigging, please do not commission someone else to prepare it. You can either commission my ready-to-rig art or ask if I can prepare it for rigging, depending on the type of art commission.
If I am unable to complete additional changes myself (for example due to schedule, availability, or technical reasons), I may grant written permission for the client to commission another rigger to work on the model.
This permission only applies when I explicitly state that I cannot perform the requested work.
If the client decides to stop working with me by their own choice, this clause does not apply. In that case, editable files, source files, or permission to modify the model are not included in the original commission and may require an additional fee.
Delivery of editable files, PSD layers, or Live2D project files is not included unless explicitly stated.
Purchasing editable files or modification permission does not transfer full ownership or copyright of the model.
The client may not commission another rigger, modify the model, or redistribute the files without written permission.I retain the right to use the model for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless a full rights transfer is purchased.
A modification license does not remove my authorship or portfolio rights.Full rights transfer must be agreed separately and may require additional payment.
For reselling the product, the price cannot exceed 90% of the original cost. The client must inform me prior to reselling, including the identity of the new owner. If the product is gifted, the recipient must be made aware of and adhere to these terms and conditions. Additionally, I must be notified of the new owner’s identity.REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued once I begin work on the project, unless the guaranteed delivery date has passed without any updates.
To cancel an order, cancellation must occur before the first update. If the payment plan includes two payments, cancellation is allowed before the second payment.
No refunds will be issued, but the commission will be delivered in its current state.
For example, if a Vtuber model commission is canceled before the rigging phase, the first payment will cover the artwork, and the client will receive the .psd file.If the guaranteed delivery date has expired but the client has been unresponsive throughout the process and declines an extension of the delivery date, no refund will be given. In such cases, a ticket will be opened with Vgen's support staff.
Do let me know if you are unsure at any point of the process.
